Returns & Exchanges

Digital Items

Digital items including quilt patterns and non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Resale, reproduction, or sharing of digital items including quilt patterns is not permitted. Physical items (e.g., quilts) made using patterns are sellable if proper credit is given.

Handmade Items

Generally, I do not accept returns on handmade items unless there is an appreciable defect in the item. Handmade items by nature are not perfect, so small imperfections should be expected in your handmade item. If you’re unsure about some aspect of a handmade item, contact me to ask about the item before purchasing. Any damage or misplacement caused by shipping will be handled as a claim with the shipping company.

Shipping

Items usually ship within 3 business days unless otherwise indicated. All packages are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Finished quilts are shipped with additional insurance. Domestic packages typically arrive in 3 business days once shipped. International arrival times will vary. If you require faster or different shipping methods, please contact me.
